53-year-old female
History
A 53-year-old female with a history of right calf melanoma, local excision and skin graft placement. Positive lymph node disection. Patient being evaluated for metastatic disease.
CT Findings
No evidence of abnormal lymph nodes in the mediastinum or pulmonary hila.
PET Findings
Multiple leisons in the mediastinum suspicious of metastatic disease. FDG uptake noted in the trapezius muscles bilaterally consistent with muscle activity.
