History
A 40-year-old male with chest pain, widened superior mediastinum, possible mass.

PET Findings
(Pre-Therapy): A 40-year-old male with chest pain, widened superior mediastinum, possible mass. (Post-Therapy): Three months later, the patient returns for evaluation of his disease after three rounds of chemotherapy. The PET study demonstrates response to the treatment with no abnormal uptake in the chest, neck, or abdomen.
