Lymphoma - 56-year-old female

History
A 56-year-old female with B-cell lymphoma.

Original Diagnosis
Initial FDG PET study showed high grade lymphoma and malignant ascites.

PET Findings
Follow-up PET scan after polychemotherapy documents residual lymphoma of the abdominal bulk and metastatic abdominal spread.

Change in treatment plan
The patient is now scheduled for additional high-dose chemotherapy and autologous bone marrow transplantation.
