Esophageal Cancer - 69-year-old male

History
A 69-year-old male with a history of gastritis and dysphagia.

CT Findings
Notable thickening of distal esophagus. Further evaluation with esophagogram maybe of value.

PET Findings
Increased FDG uptake in the distal half of the esophagus with esophageal cancer. Additional findings show metabolically active metastasis in the right femoral head and T8.
