History
A 58-year-old female 6 weeks post chemotherapy presents with right lower quadrant pain and elevated CEA markers.

CT Findings
CT scan and colonoscopy were negative.

PET Findings
PET findings reveal a large abnormality in the right lower quadrant corresponding to the patient's pain and elevated tumor markers.
